Following their latest TV commercial, PAK'nSAVE got an interesting call from NZ Llama Association. President of the association, Judy Webby told Foodstuffs that she saw the ad which talks about how PAK'nSAVE pack groceries in boxes, not llamas, however wanted to suggest the llamas do an internship for a day at the store.
"The team at Pak'NSave Kapati wanted to make this happen. So, the PR-trained llamas will be giving a helping hand this Friday afternoon and for a gold coin donation to the SPCA, customers can have a selfie with the llamas too," Foodstuffs told SupermarketNews. “We might even have a delivery run – a service not usually available to PAK'nSAVE shoppers, but we will likely make an exception just this once. We loved this call from the Llama team – it’s not every day you get to bring an animated TVC to life and do some good in the ‘hood for the SPCA.”
