Research has also indicated that frequent Regal consumers live in households of one to two people, so with a 50g serving suggestion for each person, it’s perfect for two. Allowing consumers to have the freshest salmon experience every time, with no food wastage. Regal is proud to introduce its new and improved packaging, which is 100 percent recyclable. Along with the new pack size and recyclable packaging comes a new name. Consumer research also found that most consumers in the brand's category preferred the term 'Hot Smoked' to 'Wood Roasted', motivating Regal to rename its product.

Over The Moon Dairy
Over The Moon Dairy has a brand new flavour, Pink Peppercorn Brie. The Pink Peppercorn Brie has all the soft, rich and creamy notes that brie is renowned for, with pink peppercorns to bring a milder peppery bite with a sweet fruity flavour. This new flavour will join Over The Moon Dairy’s well-loved OMG Triple Cream Brie.
As an international award-winning artisan cheese company based in the South Waikato town of Putaruru, the brand sources all of its cow, sheep and goat milk from Waikato and its buffalo milk from Northland.
The new cheese is available in a 100g wedge or 1kg wheel. The Pink Peppercorn Brie is perfect on a cheese platter or antipasto plate with berries, matching well with a Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer or Champagne.

Auda Finan, the creator of Savour cheese, shared that this plant-based alternative cheese was initially created to help her and her family reduce their intake of dairy-milk cheeses.

Family owned-business, Salash recently won silver with its Cold Smoked Fresh Chorizo. This classically loved meat is remarkably rich and lavishly spiced, crafted with the practices of the families' regional origins of Bachka in northern Serbia, and is redolent of Picante Hungarian paprika and garlic.
