The Wild Fermentary's new Cola & Lime Kefir Soda proved a standout at this year's Auckland Food Show, where it was the best-selling flavour in the company's water kefir range.
Developed in collaboration with Six Barrel Soda Co, it brings together classic Cola Six flavour with the benefits of traditional fermentation to create New Zealand's first living cola.
Crafted in small batches at The Wild Fermentary using a live water kefir SCOBY, the drink is naturally fermented, lower in sugar than conventional soft drinks, and alive with billions of beneficial live cultures.
