UK | Tesco Clubcard members can now collect Clubcard points when they charge their electric vehicles at more than 680 Be.EV sites across the UK.
The electric vehicle charging network has joined Clubcard as a points partner, meaning that Clubcard members who link their Tesco Clubcard to the Be.EV charging app can earn a Clubcard point for every pound they spend at any Be.EV electric vehicle charger across the UK.
Established in Greater Manchester in 2019, Be.EV now operates more than 2,500 charging bays across more than 680 sites, making it one of the top 10 UK networks by rapid and ultra-rapid charging bays.
Tesco also has Be.EV rapid chargers at a number of Tesco Express sites, allowing customers to charge their vehicle in the time it takes to do a quick shop.
Clubcard points collected with Be.EV can be converted into Clubcard vouchers to be used for money off shopping at Tesco or with more than 100 Clubcard Reward Partners, including some offering triple value.
To get started, drivers simply open the Be.EV app, sign in or create a Be.EV member account, head to the Account section and select “Link Tesco Clubcard Account”.
They then follow the on-screen steps to connect their Clubcard account. Once linked, points are collected automatically for eligible completed charging sessions, so drivers don't need to do anything else each time they charge.
Clubcard members can keep track of all their Clubcard points, vouchers and rewards in a few clicks by opening the Clubcard section of the Tesco app. It is quick and easy to join Tesco Clubcard, with more than 24 million UK households now including a Clubcard member.
