UK | Morrisons has launched a new ‘Spend-stretch’ promotion that is available exclusively to More Card customers shopping in franchise stores that have adopted the Morrisons loyalty scheme.
From the 8th of October 2025, customers spending GBP 15 or more in a participating franchise store will receive an additional 1,500 More Card Points.
Morrisons More Card enables customers to bank five Points for every item they buy when they scan their More Card or app. Once a customer has saved 5,000 Points, they receive a Morrisons Fiver, which can be redeemed on a future shop in a Morrisons supermarket or on Morrisons.com.
This is the latest milestone in the roll-out of the Morrisons More Card loyalty scheme to franchise partners, which began this summer. Independent retailers operating Morrisons Daily stores were the first in the sector to offer customers access to a supermarket loyalty scheme.
The rollout means More Card members can now earn More Card Points on their purchases when shopping at their local Morrisons Daily convenience store.
Alongside the new promotion, which is only available in franchise stores, Morrisons is further strengthening the franchise offer with the addition of over 200 new own-brand lines being introduced over the next five weeks. More than half of these new products are fresh, with 30 lines from the premium The Best range, which offers customers outstanding quality and value.
Located in the heart of communities across the UK, Morrisons currently has around 1,700 Morrisons Daily stores, a large proportion of which are owned and operated by independent retailers.
"Rolling out More cards in franchise stores is part of our commitment to driving value for our customers, however they shop with us," said Katharine Challinor, Head of Retail for franchise at Morrisons.
"This exclusive promotion is a significant opportunity for our franchise partners, as well as a celebratory moment for us as the More Card roll-out nears completion in these stores.”
Morrisons now has over 700 franchise stores operating in forecourts and local neighbourhoods across the UK.
