My/Mochi, the largest producer and category leader of mochi ice cream, is going all in on owning 'mochi mania' in 2023.
My/Mochi is laser-focused on innovation beyond ice cream. The gluten-free, sweet chewy rice flour, which has been part of Japanese culture for centuries, started making its mark in the USA in the 90s. However, it only recently became famous worldwide, primarily due to its traction in social media.
My/Mochi’s Chief Marketing Officer, Brigitte Wolf, stated that consumer excitement about Mochi, the brand's research and development capability, and strong marketing muscle positions My/Mochi to maintain and grow its leadership.

The initial line-up of new products for 2023 includes Cereal and Milk Mochi Ice Cream, containing graham cereal-flavoured premium ice cream wrapped in chewy, delicious mochi dough.
Secondly, the Mochi in the Morning, a premium fruit puree in soft rice mochi dough, provides antioxidants and vitamins B and C. The first two flavours, Strawberry Banana and Mixed Berry, are available throughout the USA now.
Finally, Flavour Explosion is an ice cream range added to the My/Mochi premium ice cream portfolio, including flavours Strawberry with Boba and familiar favourites Coffee and Passion Fruit.
All My/Mochi products are 100 calories or less, free from gluten, soy and nuts, and contain no GMO or artificial ingredients. The brand also offers vegan and non-dairy options.
