Leading Israeli tofu company Wyler Farms has partnered with rapidly growing foodtech start-up Innovopro for the launch of the first non-dairy beverage in the Israeli market.
Innovopro’s CP-Pro 70 chickpea protein concentrate is part of Wyler Farm’s latest product line of dairy alternative beverage. Taly Nechushtan, Innovopro’s CEO said that its chickpea protein promotes a sustainable supply chain with every element in the production process accounted for. “Innovopro’s CP-Pro 70 is a functional plant-based protein and together with its unique neutral taste it’s the perfect emulsification agent as well for the non-dairy industry,” said Nechushtan.
Recent market reports show that by 2024, the world plant-based beverage market is set to reach US$ 38 billion growing at a CAGR of over 14 percent during 2018-2024.
