Chun Cheng Fishery (CCF) will be in attendance at the Seafood Expo Asia in Singapore this month, with its knowledgeable and friendly team on hand to engage with attendees, answer questions, and provide detailed insights into its import and export operations.
CCF was founded in 1994 and has become one of Asia's leading importers, processors, exporters and distributors of frozen deep‐sea longline seafood products with ‐50 C and below. The headquarters are located in Singapore with a processing factory. In addition, there are offices located in Taiwan (Kaohsiung), mainland China (Yantai) and Thailand (Phuket).
Offering generic (non‐labelled) products and private labels (contract processing) by working closely with wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, caterers and retailers, the CCF processes frozen fish into different cuts for consumers in Asia, the US, Europe, Russia and Brazil and engages in custom contract processing (fillets and steaks, vacuum packs items like Swordfish and Tuna steaks) for some of the biggest frozen fish distributors worldwide.
Its frozen fish varieties include Swordfish, Tuna‐like species such as Big eye, Yellowfin (both longline and Purse Seiner, Albacore, Skipjack), Codfish (Chilean Seabass), Black Marlin, White Marlin, Stripe Marlin, Sailfish, Sugiyama, Mahi‐Mahi, Oil fish, Escolar, Wahoo, Moonfish, Atlantic Salmon, Illex Squids as well as Surimi.
