Held in Montreal from April 13th to 15th, the SIAL Canada International Food Show has attracted 928 exhibitors and brands from 50 countries, and around 17,300 professional visitors from more than 60 countries. This 13th edition has proven that SIAL Canada is a not-to-be-missed meeting for retail, food service and food processing, with strong local representation, a unique international presence and a variety of innovations.
The show hosted no less than 25 conferences touching on pressing topics, and over 20 workshops to promote artisans’ products and know-how, including a world-first, SIAL Food Hub.
SIAL Canada will return in 2017, from May 2nd to 4th.
