WORLD’S TOP CHEFS HEAD OFF TO CHINA

Scheduled in Shanghai from May 5 to 7, SIAL China 2016 will offer its 2,900 exhibitors and 66,000 visitors an unmissable chance to meet famous chefs and watch culinary competitions. Eight teams from Italy, Malaysia, Korea, Thailand, Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing and Shenzhen will battle it out to be crowned champions of ‘China International Top Chefs Invitational Competition by SIAL’.

Cooking demonstrations will be presented by the Guest Country of Honor, Poland, whilst wine experts and wine lovers will gather in dedicated tasting rooms to attend special Master Classes.
Last, but certainly not least, the ‘Best Buy China Competition’ will help consumers to find those wines that are particularly best value for money, with the selection being made through blind tasting by a jury of Chinese market specialists, led by Tim Wildman.

To register for the event, visit SIAL China website and plan your meetings ahead, thanks to a match-making platform that has been seamlessly integrated into the Exhibitor Online Area and Visitor Center. By searching the entire exhibitor database, the system helps both visitors and exhibitors to schedule their meetings according to their interest.
