M&S Gemini Reopens After 10-Month Makeover

UK | M&S Gemini has reopened following a 10-month makeover to accommodate a wider range of customer shopping missions.

Store Manager Robert Pickford was joined by special guests Percy Pig, Colin the Caterpillar and Patricia Bradshaw, who has worked for M&S for over 30 years, cutting the ribbon to declare the renewed store open.

The store now features a refreshed Clothing and Home area and an enhanced Beauty department. Shoppers will be able to enjoy plenty of style inspiration with the latest SS25 collections across womenswear, menswear, and kidswear, with neon-lit areas spotlighting M&S customer favourite collections.

The M&S Beauty department will also be home to all M&S third-party and own brands, including the Apothecary collection, with its calming range of scented bath, body care, and home fragrance products.

Local shoppers have also been able to enjoy the renewed Foodhall. The show-stopping bakery is now double the size and offers a wider selection of fresh breads and pastries baked throughout the day.

It also offers takeaway hot drinks, including barista-made coffees likes M&S’ famous Magic Coffee. The store also has a dedicated Flower Shop, Wine Shop, and Hot Chicken Shop, as well as a brand-new M&S café with 260 seats.

Over 100 Remarksable value everyday staples are available across the store, price benchmarked against key competitors and with an M&S quality point of difference – all part of the retailer’s trusted value promise.

With Easter around the corner, the new store will have a whole host of brand-new spring treats for all the family. Must-have Collection Easter eggs layered and loaded with decadent fillings and wow-worthy hot cross buns include new first-to-market flavours like indulgent Mini Millionaires, packed with salted caramel fudge pieces, dark chocolate, and blond chocolate chips.

“It’s amazing to finally unveil our new-look at the M&S Gemini store. I cannot wait to see the response to the refreshed store, it looks completely different, and I am certain customers – both regular and new – are going to love shopping here. We’ve been part of the Cheshire community for 30 years, and our new look is an exciting investment in the future of M&S in the area,” said Store Manager Robert Pickford.

“Personally, I can’t wait to see our customers explore all the new features the store has to offer; from our brand-new M&S bakery and fresh market-style Foodhall to our revamped Clothing & Home department – we really do have the best of M&S here to enjoy.”
