AUSTRALIA | For the seventh time, ALDI has been named Supermarket of the Year 2023 in Roy Morgan's Customer Satisfaction Awards.

This is ALDI's fourth consecutive win, attributed to its customer satisfaction score of 95.7 percent.

Simon Padovani-Ginies, group director at ALDI Australia, said the award win reflected the company's ongoing commitment to providing Aussie shoppers with high-quality products at the lowest possible prices.

"We are thrilled to once again be named Australia's Best Supermarket of the Year by Roy Morgan," said Padovani-Ginies.

"This is the fourth consecutive year that we've received the award, and at a time when shoppers are continuously seeking better value, we have never been more aware of the need to continue to deliver on our promise to offer Aussies the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices."

ALDI's mission to provide a positive and different experience to Australian shoppers remains more vital than ever. This recognition has emphasised their commitment to fresh, great value and high-quality products.

In 2023 alone, ALDI Australia delivered AUD 3.4 billion in savings. The supermarket prides itself on ensuring that a weekly shop is not an obstacle course filled with fluctuating prices.

"ALDI's business model is about saving people money. We aim to cut unnecessary costs and pass these savings onto customers," said Padovani-Ginies.

"We're proud that we've maintained our Price Promise and delivered real money back into the pockets of Australians when they need it most."

In the upcoming years, ALDI Australia will continue to commit to its Price Promise, where customers are guaranteed that ALDI will have the lowest possible price.

ALDI previously won the Customer Satisfaction Award for Supermarket of the Year in 2022, 2021, 2020, 2016, 2014 and 2012. It also won Mobile Phone Service Provider of the Year in 2021, 202, 2019 and 2015, and Liquor Store of the Year in 2017.
