Late last year, a post on Justin Timberlake’s Instagram account started the craze for ‘braspberries’ a combination of raspberries and blueberries. The social media food mashup trend looks to be brought to life by Driscoll’s one of the largest fruit companies in the United States. “From a social media perspective, we saw the braspberry craze take off and it was only logical that Driscolls, as the berry market leader would innovate the opportunity,” said Driscoll’s director of marketing and global brand lead, Frances Dillard. Although they aren’t on the market just yet, the company said they are working on it.
