Mondelez International is boosting its chewing gum production with the installation of innovative gum cooling tunnels. Not only significantly faster than the previous tunnels, but also 40 percent smaller, the tunnels combine conductive and convective cooling technologies, and have been developed by 42 Technology and equipment supplier Gabler.
They will be used at three Mondelez’s facilities to produce gum brands Hollywood, Dentyne, Trident and Clorets, to name a few.
