EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT FOR JORDANS DORSET RYVITA

DKSH, the leading Market Expansion Services provider with a focus on Asia Pacific, and Jordans Dorset Ryvita, a market leader and supplier of breakfast cereals and biscuits, have signed an exclusive agreement for the New Zealand market.

DKSH Business Unit Consumer Goods, a leading Market Expansion Services provider for FMCG and Jordans Dorset Ryvita have signed an exclusive agreement to provide marketing, sales, distribution and logistics services for its biscuit and cereal products in the grocery channel for New Zealand.

Jordans Dorset Ryvita business is a subsidiary company of Associated British Foods (AB Foods), a diversified international food, ingredients and retail group from the United Kingdom. DKSH has been working with AB Foods since the 1990s. DKSH first helped to position the Ovaltine brand to a dominant market position in Myanmar and, from 2011, has been doing the same in Cambodia. DKSH also collaborates with AB Foods in Thailand.

The Jordans Dorset Ryvita business is a subsidiary company of Associated British Foods, a diversified international food, ingredients and retail group, with sales in excess of £13b, employing 130,000 people, with operations in 50 countries across Europe, southern Africa, the Americas, Asia and Australia.

They aim to achieve strong, sustainable leadership positions in growing markets and economies by delivering quality products and services that are central to people’s lives.

RYVITA has been a longstanding brand within the group since 1949, and later acquisitions of the JORDANS (2009) and DORSET (2014) cereals brands combined to create Jordans Dorset Ryvita as it currently operates, manufacturing a broad range of biscuits and breakfast cereals enjoyed by households in over 80 countries.
