Little Island Plant Based Creamery’s newest release combines the rich flavour of organic single origin coffee with the tried and true creaminess of coconut vanilla ice cream.
Teaming up with the experts at Millers Coffee, the team at Little Island set about making the most delicious (and authentic) rendition of your morning flat white, in ice cream form!
“Our coffee is fresh as when it’s first blended into our ice cream. In fact - it’s about 72 hours from roasted to frozen,” said Christian Holden, Little Island's Operations Manager.
On day one, Millers roast the organic arabica beans; day two, they grind them; day three, it’s brewed and the finished product is created right away. Voilà!
