FOUR COUNTDOWN STORES UP FOR SALE

countdown up for sale

Four Countdown stores, located in Dargaville, Auckland, Tauranga and Wellington, have been put on the market, to be sold either individually or together. Notoriously owned and operated by Progressive Enterprises, the portfolio of stores is thought to be worth over $42 million. A wide interest from buyers is expected, including private investors, family trusts and syndicators.
“The future financial security and performance of this investment opportunity is further underscored by the market demand arising from food being one of life’s necessities,” said Peter Herdson, national director, Collier International capital markets.
All premises are also subject to an average lease term of 20 years, which makes them a long-term, income-generating investment.
