As of December 1st, the Fair Pair Agreement (FPA) system is up and running, and eligible unions can now apply to the Chief Executive of the MBIE for approval to negotiate an FPA. The first set of agreement regulations has been published, and the dedicated dashboard has gone live on the MBIE website to track application progress.
Business NZ has said it will support members and provide resources to employers involved in FPA.
