Just months after opening, the land and building occupied by Countdown in Herne Bay, Auckland, are being sold by its property developers. Kurt Gibbons and Ben Cook developed the property under their company Manhattan Capital.
Woolworths is currently locked into a 12-year lease on the store, paying around $1.47 million annually.
The development has been listed with Henry Thompson of Whillans Realty Group, and tenders close on October 12.
