Alexia Horley - New CEO For PepsiCo ANZ

PepsiCo has announced the appointment of Alexia Horley to the role of Chief Executive Officer for Australia and New Zealand Foods.

Horley currently serves as General Manager of Australia Foods for PepsiCo.

As GM, Horley has led the end-to-end operations of the Australia Foods business across its iconic snacks portfolio, including Smith’s, Red Rock Deli, Doritos, Sakata, Sunbites and Twisties.

“It’s a real honour to step into the role of CEO for ANZ Foods and lead such a passionate, talented team,” said Horley.

“Building on the strong foundations already in place, my focus is on driving sustainable growth across every part of the ANZ Foods business, while continuing to deliver the best snacks to Aussie and Kiwi consumers through our iconic portfolio of brands.”

She has been with PepsiCo for over 18 years, holding various senior roles within Australia and the Asia Pacific, including Chief Commercial Officer for Australia Foods at PepsiCo ANZ.

She was also General Manager – Malaysia and Singapore, where she had overall responsibility for PepsiCo’s portfolio across beverages, Quaker Oats and Snacks and Senior Director of Beverages, leading the business across the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.

Horley has over 25 years of experience across the industry, starting her career in finance and working in sales, revenue management, and transformation. Before PepsiCo, she worked with leading global FMCG and retail businesses including Campbell Arnott’s, Goodman Fielder, and Sainsbury’s Supermarkets in the UK.

Current CEO, Kyle Faulconer, will return to the US, where he has been appointed SVP, PepsiCo North America Commercial. Horley will assume the CEO role from the 21st of July 2025.
