NEW PEPSIMOJI DESIGNS FROM PEPSI MAX

Pepsi MAX®, an official sponsor of the All Blacks, has unveiled a unique collection of PepsiMoji designs including players’ pictures, that celebrate New Zealand’s favourite rugby team and give fans new tools to chat about the game.

One of the world’s iconic teams is now part of the world’s global language – emojis - through the specially-commissioned and proprietary-designed Pepsi MAX artwork. The illustrations of select players will be featured on both collectable, limited-edition Pepsi MAX products and within a suite of sports-related PepsiMoji icons in a downloadable app, MAXBANTER.

As well as 20 All Blacks players, the PepsiMoji designs include rugby-related emojis that fans can use to commentate on the match, including try and penalty illustrations and an All Blacks flag bearer.

“We’re excited to bring fans a unique way to interact with and show their support for the team as the All Blacks embark on the 2017 Investec Rugby Championships," said Pepsi MAX Marketing Manager, Jamie Bruce.

“The designs will connect All Blacks fans through a shared language and a shared love of rugby. Everyone enjoys a bit of playful banter during the game, and we know the fans will enjoy sharing these as they cheer their team on.”

“The All Blacks are the first New Zealand sports team to get the emoji treatment, and it will be fun to see fans using them as part of their banter around the upcoming Tests,” said New Zealand Rugby Head of Sponsorship Megan Compain.

Twenty All Blacks players feature on Pepsi MAX 250mL slim line cans and 600mL and 1.5L bottles. They will be available at retailers nationwide.
