New World shoppers in Wanaka can now enjoy added convenience as New World Three Parks and New World Wanaka have just launched their online shopping service.
Wanaka New Worlds are the latest stores to provide online shopping, with Foodstuffs South Island launching the service at their New World and PAK’nSAVE stores from Motueka to Invercargill. The phased roll out will continue throughout the South Island during 2022.
As each store is owner-operated, New World and PAK’nSAVE customers can purchase groceries based on what is on the shelves at their local store. New World is offering a delivery service, both New World and PAK’nSAVE are offering Click & Collect, and customers can select any store from which to collect their order from.
“We’re delighted to now be offering our online service. Our team is dedicated to providing an awesome online experience and can’t wait for locals and those travelling to Wanaka to check it out themselves," said Stuart Hore, owner operator at New World Wanaka.
New World customers will be able to place orders up to 7 days in advance and the order checkout process can be completed up to 12 hours ahead of collection time for New World Click & Collect and home delivery customers. The Click & Collect service has the added convenience where customers can park in a dedicated Click & Collect car park, and a New World team member will bring the order out to the customer’s car.
“This is a big milestone and our team is excited to bring online shopping to our Wanaka community and provide customers with another convenient way to do their grocery shop,” says Dean Bartley, owner operator off New World Three Parks. “Our shoppers love New World for the exceptional in-store experience, and when they shop online it’s the same team that will prepare their order. It’s not just any New World that’s launching online, it’s your local New World,” added Bartley.
New World Online provides a great opportunity for shoppers to explore the recipe of the week, grocery specials and dinner inspiration, and collect KitchenAid ovenware this summer.
