In the recently released 2023 Coalface Consulting ALL Channel Supplier Satisfaction ranking, Cookie Time Limited has secured its position as New Zealand's leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) distributor for the third consecutive year.
Outperforming industry giants such as Coca-Cola and Tip Top Ice Cream, Cookie Time's franchised distribution network played a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service levels to suppliers.
The Coalface survey is a crucial industry performance benchmark, evaluating the service level performance of over 110 suppliers across the FMCG sector through annual surveys. With 1206 individual stores surveyed across various FMCG channels, including Grocery retailers, Oils, and Organised Convenience/Route outlets, Cookie Time has emerged as the overall leader for the third year, earning the highest satisfaction rating across all stores.
Cookie Time operates on a franchised distribution model with 51 franchise business owners overseeing territories from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island.
These franchises represent, distribute, and merchandise Cookie Time's iconic brands, including Cookie Time, OSM, Bumper, and Em's Power Cookies.
