Fior Di Latte mozzarella is made using fresh cow milk and lactic ferments as per Italian tradition and is delicate in flavour, smooth in texture. Ghiotti's Cherry mozzarella is a traditional Italian favourite with a mild milk taste and soft, juicy texture.
The range is available in 200g, 100g and 25g packs and are perfect for in salads, with pasta, on pizza, as an appetiser or great on their own.
