GOODMAN Fielder’s Vogel’s brand has launched a consumer promotion which will see a homesick Kiwi flown back to New Zealand for a reunion with family and friends at the new mobile Vogel’s café. Consumers can enter the draw by submitting a Vogel’s inspired recipe, with the top 40 recipes selected by a panel of judges. Fans vote for their top 12 recipes, which will be included on the menu at Vogel’s Toast of NZ café.
Vogel’s marketing manager Jo Sutherland says there is much more to Vogel’s than Marmite on toast and she is sure the promotion will be a winner.
“Vogel’s is a great base for many different recipes and innovative Kiwi foodies have known this for years, which is exactly why we are calling for recipes. We know this is something they will excel in because the passion that New Zealander’s feel towards Vogel’s is amazing and unrivalled. It is for this very reason that we wanted to give back to Vogel’s fans and offer them the chance to bring home their favourite Kiwi from overseas, it’s just one way for Vogel’s to show how much our fans continued support is appreciated,” she says.
