Woolworths New Zealand has introduced its newest cake creations.
Woolworths NZ unveiled three delightful cakes that testify to its partnership with Original Foods, a local bakery in Christchurch.
Original Foods Baking Co. is a wholesale bakery and New Zealand-owned business operating for over 30 years. They also have an on-site cafe, The Donut Destination, with great coffee, food, custom cakes, donut boxes, and more served fresh from the bakery door.
Both teams worked tirelessly to conceptualise, design, and perfect each cake, ensuring it was a treat that foodies in New Zealand would love.
These three new creations include the Gooey Chocolate Cake, Berries and Cream Drip Cake as well as a Unicorn Sprinkles Cake.
The Gooey Chocolate Cake is a rich chocolate cake that has a gooey chocolate centre and chocolate ganache icing, hand-finished with dark chocolate flakes.
The Berries and Cream Drip Cake has been made with raspberry cream cheese icing and strawberry white chocolate drip, decorated with white chocolate pearls and freeze-dried berries.
A customer favourite, the Unicorn Sprinkles Cake features a vanilla cake with fluffy buttercream icing and rainbow sprinkles, complete with unicorn decorations to encourage little ones to get creative.
These new cakes from Woolworths NZ will be available in stores starting on the 28th of October.
