Today is the first day of SIAL China! We explored the innovative brands on display across 12 exhibition halls. A vast array of confectionery and snack foods were extremely popular with visitors. There were also a large number of licensed Disney products showcased which are always popular in the Asian markets. SIAL Innovation is as always a very well attended area of the show as crowds gathered around World Tour by SIAL. This included market information and trend boards.
