SIAL China is Asia’s largest food innovation exhibition. The expo will take place on the 14th to 16th May at the new International Expo Center in Shanghai, China. This year’s expo will see it expand by 23 percent from previous shows, with an estimated 4,300 exhibitors and 112,000 professional visitors. SIAL has released the official floor plan complete with dedicated product zones, national pavilion halls and 4 co-located shows connected to the food market.
