What is your company background, how did you start the business?
“At Life Health Foods it is our vision to create a convenient range of vegetarian, clean label and great tasting products for foodservice, allowing chefs to meet the growing diverse needs of today’s consumers when dining.”
What are the current product range and variants and how do these products stand out in the market?
“We draw on over 20 years’ experience in foodservice from developing products under the Prep Kitchen and Food By Chefs brands, as well as working closely with our customers on unique contract manufacturing opportunities.”
Has there been any recent company news?
“We have recently been a major sponsor of the New Zealand Vegetarian Dish Challenge competition where chefs from all over New Zealand entered and created amazing plant-based dishes.”
What are the plans for the business moving forward, is there any expansion on the horizon?
“We see foodservice as a major focus for the business moving forward and will continue to innovate around plant-based convenient foods designed specifically for New Zealand and Australian foodservice channels.”
Where are your products currently available to buy, and are you looking at or wanting to expand your availability? If so, where would you like to see the product situated?
“We are available to buy in all major foodservice distributors.”
