Hill Farm Preserves produces natural award-winning artisan condiments and preserves in north-west Tasmania. We don’t add any preservatives, artificial flavours or colours to a range that includes mustard, GM-free cold pressed canola oil, relish, jam, marmalade, fruit paste, jelly and vinegar. The premium products are made in small batches and labelled by hand. Tasmanian ingredients including beer, berries, canola, honey, horseradish, native pepperberry, quince, wasabi, whisky and yellow mustard seed are featured.
