Waitrose & Partners introduces Sticky Toffee Apple Wensleydale Cheese. The pumpkin-shaped cheese is inspired by the approaching Halloween season.
Alice Shrubsall, cheese buyer at Waitrose & Partners described the launch as an unusual take on the season’s classic flavours. “Ideal for a classy Halloween party, serve it with an apple cider or perry for a true match made in heaven,” said Shrubsall.
According to the company, the apple and caramel pieces marry well with the rich flavour of the Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese and is suited for a Halloween cheeseboard.
