Grocery Outlet is the fastest-growing discount supermarket on the USA’s West Coast. Its most recent expansion saw the second store opening in Allentown, Pennsylvania, bringing 35 new jobs and discounted food products to the area. New store owner Fayez Abboud said he is thrilled to have partnered with Grocery Outlet.
All Grocery Outlets offer branded products at lower prices. During its second quarter this year, earnings increased by 2.3 percent.
CEO Eric Lindberg said the growth in the mid-Atlantic market is exciting, and they will continue to work on brand awareness in the region.
