Australian poultry company Lenard's has promoted Harry Rumpler to the position of Chief Executive Officer, as Founder and Director, Lenard Poulter, takes a step back.
Rumpler had been the Chief Operating Officer at Lenard's since January 2022. He previously worked in several roles, including CEO of IGA Fresh (Metcash) and Business Advisor to CSIRO.
"Harry has demonstrated exceptional leadership and delivered strong results in the short time he has been on board that have had an immediate positive impact on the business. We cannot be more excited to have Harry on board in his new role," said Lenard Poulter.
Poulter will remain in the business while looking at different opportunities moving forward.
"I am excited about the opportunities ahead of us here at Lenard's, and with the team, we are all looking very positively both within retail and Franchise networks moving forward. We have a great mix of experience and new team members here, and with this, new ideas and prospects are being worked on," said Harry Rumpler.
