Plant-Based Products And AI Launch

TiNDLE, Next Gen Foods

A popular Singapore food technology company and the brand has expedited its retail launch following its successful test in supermarkets in the European winter.

Next Gen Foods, the umbrella company behind TiNDLE and Mwah!, has announced the expedited launch of its plant-based burgers and nuggets across 350 Morrisons stores and online through Mighty Plants after its positive reception during its limited time exclusive offer this past Veganuary and following a recent expansion into Germany's largest supermarket.

The brand also uses help to promote its product online through the AI chatbot, ChatGPT.

TiNDLE's popularity and success can be attributed to the increased popularity and demand for plant-based chicken products. Data collected by TiNDLE Censuswide has revealed 68 percent of people in the United Kingdom believed plant-based meals would become more widely accepted in the next five years.

"When we launched TiNDLE only two years ago, our ultimate goal was to bring enjoyment to the centre of people's plates. But in a way that didn't require the use of animals and had a less taxing footprint on our environment," said Andre Menezes, Co-Founder and CEO of TiNDLE.

Menezes explained that with the increased feedback from consumers in the United Kingdom of their enjoyment of cooking with the company's plant-based products, the company was excited to launch into supermarkets nationwide to increase accessibility to consumers.

Each product features Lipi, the company's proprietary emulsion of plant-based ingredients that mimics and mirrors chicken fat's aroma, cookability, and savoury qualities. Furthermore, the TiNDLE Burgers and TiNDLE Nuggest are crafted from GMO-free ingredients whilst also delivering a good source of protein and fibre with 17 grams of protein and eight grams per serving (100 grams).
