CEO of Halo Food Co. Departs

Danny Rotman, has resigned as Chief Executive Officer from Halo Food Co and will serve his 12-month notice period as head of revenue. 

Rotman took on the role in September of 2019, joining Halo Food Co after the company acquired Keytone Dairy, of which he was the CEO. 

Jourdan Thompson, who has been the Chief Financial Officer for four years, takes over as CEO immediately, and the company will search for a replacement CFO. 

“Danny has elected to leave his roles, and we wish him the best for his future endeavours. The board and I thank Danny for managing the company through the recent pandemic and establishing a robust foundation from which to continue the Halo story,” said Chairman Peter James. 

The company provides products to New Zealand, Australia, CHina, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam and the Middle East. It also provides co-manufacturing services to Coles, Foodstuffs and Walmart in China.
