Eat My Lunch founder, Lisa King, has announced plans to open a store in Britomart next month. It will be a small store concept, where hungry patrons will be able to choose from a range of salads, sandwiches, drinks, coffee and healthy snacks. Similar to the Eat My Lunch concept each meal bought will provide a hungry child with lunch.
King wrote on LinkedIn, “We’re so fortunate to be supported by the Britomart Group with a space on Customs street and the incredibly talented team at Cheshire Architects who have the coolest designs.”
