Farro Fresh Food Ltd has recalled a specific batch of its Farro Kitchen brand, Pulled Lamb Shank Ragu, as the product may contain foreign matter (glass).
This product is a Heat to Eat meal, available in two varieties: Farro Kitchen brand Pulled Lamb Shank Ragu (800g) as well as Farro Kitchen brand Pulled Lamb Shank Ragu (350g).
The date marking is BEST BEFORE 18 OCT 24.
The product is sold in 350 g and 800g aluminium trays covered with plastic in a cardboard sleeve in Farro Fresh stores throughout Auckland. These include:
Farro Fresh Epsom, 446-450 Manukau Road, Epsom
Farro Fresh Grey Lynn, 34 Westmoreland Street West, Grey Lynn
Farro Fresh Mt Eden, 422 Dominion Road, Mt Eden
Farro Fresh Mt Wellington, 80 Lunn Avenue, Mt Wellington
Farro Fresh North Shore, 70 Parkway Drive, Mairangi Bay
Farro Fresh Orakei Bay Village, 228 Orakei Road, Remuera
Farro Smales Farm, 78-94 Taharoto Road, Takapuna
This recall does not affect any other Farro Kitchen brand products.
If you are a product retailer in this recall, download a copy of the point of sale notice. You need to display it in your store for one month.
Affected products should not be consumed. There have been no reports of associated injury; however, if you have consumed any of this product and have any concerns about your health, seek medical advice.
Customers should return the product to the retailer for a full refund.
