Mexican Supplies Limited has recalled a specific batch of its Mexicano brand Corn Chips Cheese due to the presence of an undeclared allergen (soy).
People with a soy allergy should not consume this product. Mexicano brand Corn Chips Tasty Salsa has been incorrectly packaged as Mexicano brand Corn Chips Cheese. This recall does not affect you if you are not allergic to soy.

The product is sold in a 300g foil bag at the following supermarkets throughout the North Island, New Zealand:
New World Hastings (400 Heretaunga Street East, Hastings)
New World Miramar (48 Miramar Avenue, Miramar, Wellington)
New World Paremata (93-97 Mana Esplanade, Paremata, Porirua)
Pak'n Save Hāwera (54 Princess Street, Hāwera)
Pak'n Save Tamatea (Corner Leicester Avenue and Coventry Avenue, Tamatea, Napier).
This recall does not affect any other Mexicano brand products.
If you are a retailer of the product in this recall, download a copy of the point of sale notice. You need to display it in your store for one month.
Customers with a soy allergy should return the product to their retailer for a full refund.
