Kiwis have declared their love for Mother Earth, voting the Waikato-based brand New Zealand’s most trusted in the muesli bars and snack bars category of the 2018 Readers Digest Trusted Brands survey.
Mother Earth Senior Brand Manager Julia Turner said it is a great achievement to be included on the Trusted Brands list, particularly in this highly competitive category.
“As a New Zealand owned and operated company, committed to using the best ingredients to make wholesome products that taste delicious, we are thrilled to have the support and trust of New Zealanders,” Turner said.

The popular range from Mother Earth offers something for everyone with crowd-favourite Baked Oaty Slices, which come in 11 delicious flavours including Kiwi classic Afghan to popular Chocolate Chip and all new Black Forest. Mother Earth’s muesli and snack bars range also includes kid-favourites Fruit Sticks and Vege Fruit Sticks, and the tasty Nuts About bars that are gluten-free.
Its recent innovation has seen the addition of vegetables such as pumpkin and carrots to snacks, to create Vege Fruit Sticks and Vege Fruit Bites.
The Readers Digest Trusted Brands survey asked more than 1,400 New Zealand adults which brands they trust most in 65 categories across a broad range of industries. Mother Earth was one of 16 food and beverage brands to be named winners, alongside Tip Top, Dilmah, Villa Maria, Tegel, Healtheries and Fresh’n Fruity.
