For their eleventh anniversary, Garage Project went and brewed something special. Two new heavy-hitting and delicious '11' beers in commemorative cans are the perfect way to celebrate. It is party time, after all!
The 11 Anniversary IIIPA, is brewed with a light lager, wheat and oats and jammed full with eleven different hop additions, no two the same. Using everything from hop pellets to cryo, incognito, and aromatic hops extracts - starting in the mash, continuing through the kettle, whirlpool and the multiple additions to the fermenter right up until it is packed.
What's a party without all the treats? 11 Anniversary Dessert Stout, brewed with eleven different malts and infused with whole cinnamon rolls, coco puffs, caramel, miso, cacao nibs, hazelnut, vanilla pods, sour cherry, banana, coffee and toasted coconut. Rich, complex, dark and delicious.
