As the demand for delicious low to no alternatives grows, supermarket Aldi has expanded its offering with its first-ever zero percent Pinot Grigio Blush.

With rosé lovers enjoying an average of 63 glasses of wine throughout the summer, Aldi has expanded its much-loved range with an alternative that offers all the refreshing flavours of traditional rosé without alcohol.

Aldi’s new zero percent Pinot Grigio Blush (75cl) is pale and boasts notes of sweet strawberry. It is balanced with a dry finish and perfect for summertime sipping.

Aldi has also returned its popular zero percent Chardonnay for shoppers who prefer a refreshing white. With white peach and vanilla aromas, Aldi’s non-alcoholic white offers melon, pear drops and lemon bon bons flavours.

The launch comes as demand for Aldi’s low to no drinks range continues, particularly its Zerozecco, which has seen an incredible 20 percent increase in sales year on year. The supermarket has announced that the product will be part of its permanent range starting in September.

“As shown by our sales, we see an increasing number of shoppers entering stores looking for new and exciting ways to enjoy lower or non-alcoholic drinks. Our new zero percent Pinot Grigio Blush is just one example of how we continue to innovate our offering. Hence, shoppers have versatility without compromising on the exceptional quality that Aldi is known for.”

Aldi’s zero percent Pinot Grigio Blush and zero percent Chardonnay will be available in stores from July, and Aldi’s Zerozecco will be available in stores in September.
