Celebrating Frontline Staff

ZARRAFFA

Zarraffa’s recognised its top Store Managers from across the company at the two-day event, highlighting those who consistently demonstrated excellence while also acknowledging an incredible year for the Australian-owned and operated franchise group.

Held at Intercontinental Hotel Sanctuary Cove from the 10th to the 11th of October, the event was themed ‘Shaping the Future’ and offered an opportunity for Zarraffa’s Management and team members to convene and engage in a mix of keynote presentations, panel discussions and insights that culminated in a celebratory Awards dinner.

“The Managers’ Conference provides a unique opportunity for Zarraffa’s Management, from all corners of the company,  to come together, expand our learning and inspire our Store Manager group,” said CEO Marnie Sheldon.

“This conference is more than just a gathering – it’s a space for our store leaders to share, learn and inspire one another,  setting the course for the brand’s future and their own professional development.”

The conference also unveiled the company’s Manager Program, which establishes a pathway for store ownership specifically for its Store Managers.

“We understand that the cost of store ownership can often be beyond the means of some of our Brand’s most experienced and biggest advocates,” said Sheldon.

“Rather than have them pursue their professional dreams elsewhere, we have established a model of financial support  that can lead to store ownership while also progressing our store expansion plans in new territories - it’s a win-win.”

Capping off the event, the 2023 Manager Awards were bestowed across several categories at a signature dinner on the  evening of Wednesday, 11th October, and the winners are:
