Cadbury Roses Collabs With Crochet Artists For Mother’s Day

Cadbury Roses

New Zealand crochet artists Lissy and Rudi Robinson-Cole redesigned the classic Cadbury Roses packaging ahead of Mother’s Day.

“Teaming up with Cadbury Roses to put the art that is so close to our hearts and rich in meaning onto its much-loved gift box is a real thrill,” said the couple

“Our mahi has been inspired by memories of our loved ones, and we hope it encourages you to reflect and give thanks to those special people in your life on Mother’s Day. This box design is our way of honouring the beautiful wāhine and whānau across Aotearoa.”

The redesign features the iconic colour HARIKOA, or neon pink, representing joy and how families are brought together. Images representing a thoughtful selection of crochet pieces that recognise certain people important to the couple have also been included.

Crochet represents the unique connections we share, and like crochet, people are brought together loop by loop through DNA.

The heart showcases love, while the flowers serve as a reminder of sweetness, and the heart with wings is for those beloved who are missed.

“Lissy and Rudi are incredibly inspiring artists and people. It’s been a pleasure to collaborate with them on this unique design for our Cadbury Roses box,” said Nicola Robertson of Cadbury New Zealand.

“Lissy and Rudi embody warmth, joy and kindness, and we couldn’t think of better partners to help us Say More to our loved ones this Mother’s Day”.

The limited-edition Cadbury Roses Mother’s Day box and the classic range are now available.
