Coca-Cola Amatil New Zealand is pleased to announce the return of Susan Lowe to the business, this time as General Manager of People and Culture.  Lowe served as the interim HR Manager for sales in late 2016 and has returned home from the UK to take up the executive position, responsible for developing capability and team culture across New Zealand and Fiji.

The appointment is a testament to Lowe’s ability to coach and mentor employees and lead change in large organisations across New Zealand and the UK. Her work in previous leadership roles has resulted in a plethora of awards including the HRINZ Technology Award at Noel Leeming, the Best Workplace Award in the Large Workplace category at Warehouse Stationery Ltd and the Retail Employer of the Year Award for 3 years running at Warehouse Stationery Ltd. She also spent a decade at UK supermarket giant Sainsbury’s as Service Operations Manager.

Chris Litchfield, Coca-Cola Amatil managing director New Zealand and Fiji, said Lowe brings significant experience and proven commercial acumen to the role, which will allow her to challenge existing ways of thinking and drive exciting new plans.
