Emborg Emmentaler Cheese 200g has been recalled due to the possible presence of Listeria.
Goodfood Group Limited recalled the product on the 15th of March 2026. It is sold at retail outlets, supermarkets and online throughout New Zealand.
It was imported from Germany and has not been re-exported.
Customers are asked to check the date mark on the back of the packet.

The affected product should not be consumed. There have been no reports of illness; however, anyone who has consumed this product and has concerns about their health should seek medical advice.
Customers should return the product to their retailer for a full refund.
