This year and next, Spy Valley’s 2014 Envoy Outpost Vineyard Pinot Noir will be served to first class passengers on British Airways’ Asia routes.
“Many wineries achieve medals, trophies and high scores, but very few enjoy the prestige of being served in British Airways’ First Class, enjoyed by royalty and rock stars at 40,000 feet,” said Peter Rawling, global sales manager, Spy Valley. The move is set to strengthen Marlborough’s overseas reputation.
