LARGE STORE TO OPEN IN TAURANGA NEXT WEEK

The wait is over for the new Pak’nSave Tauriko store, which is due to open on September 27th in the Tauranga Crossing retail development, less than 10 km away from the Tauranga CBD. Featuring wide aisles and modern design, the 3,380 sqm supermarket is set to create 130 new jobs, while also catering to the growing Tauriko community.
Owner-operator Jon Morrison said he is committed to keeping grocery prices down, in light of rising house prices around the region.
“A lot of time and effort has gone into choosing people who are passionate about being in the world of groceries,” he said. “I’ve got some really talented butchers and bakers, and we have a checkout team ready and waiting to ensure our customers leave the supermarket with a smile on their face.”
Morrison looks forward to playing an active role in the Tauriko community, by supporting local schools, sports teams and groups.
