Appleby Farms is locally owned and operated by two farmers and a food technologist from the top of the South, Nelson.
The brand has seen huge success at previous ice cream awards with their ice cream including the new release Ginger Biscuit, winning Gold at the 2019 NZ Ice Cream awards.

The ice cream is available in six other flavour - Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Brownie, Coffee, Boysenberry, Passionfruit, Salted Caramel. Available in 850ml tubs.
