Appleby Farms Ice Cream has added a a new flavour to the range, Ginger Biscuit.
The award winning A2 ice cream team has taken their signature velvety ice cream and marbled it with Hakanoa ginger syrup. Sprinkle in some ginger bite surprises and a swoosh of vibrant spice and you’ve got a heaven-on-earth moment. Truly divine and perfect for the colder months.
Appleby Farms is locally owned and operated by two farmers and a food technologist from the top of the South, Nelson.
The brand has seen huge success at previous ice cream awards with their ice cream including the new release Ginger Biscuit, winning Gold at the 2019 NZ Ice Cream awards.

The ice cream is available in six other flavour - Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Brownie, Coffee, Boysenberry, Passionfruit, Salted Caramel. Available in 850ml tubs.
