TWO young Pak’nSave butchers have taken out national awards. Abigail Lane from PnS Kaitaia has been named 2013 Alto Young Butcher of the Year and has also been named in the 2014 Pure South Sharp Blacks, the national butchery team. She will travel to Europe next year for the Tri-Nations Butchery Competition.
Travelling with her will be Jack Khosrawi of PnS Lincoln Road, Auckland who took out the Competenz Butcher Apprentice of the Year.
