ProSweets Cologne, the only supplier fair exclusively for the sweets and snacks industry, will be held in Cologne from 28 to January 31 2024, alongside the sweets trade fair, ISM. Featuring 250 exhibitors from 30 countries, ProSweets Cologne caters to international suppliers and decision-makers in the snacks and sweets industry. The event is part of a ‘Sweet Week’, offering the latest industry innovations, a specialised programme, and new interactive event formats, accompanied by joint activities with ISM.
ProSweets Cologne 2024 presents a more practice-oriented event programme. The Expert Stage, shared with ISM, hosts trend lectures and industry-specific focuses on Central Boulevard. Industry experts provide insights into current research, present best practices, and explore new perspectives. Interactive programs in the Packaging & Packaging Materials and Raw Materials & Ingredients sections enhance the event experience through the senses of feeling, smelling, and tasting.
Expert Stage Highlights include presentations on Bio-Circular Packaging Innovations, a Sustainability Talk discussing raw materials revolutionising the industry, insights into the Bio-Circular Economy, and a Best Practice Example showcasing new packaging perspectives.
